適用
本利用規約は、RANRANソリューションズ（以下「運営者」）が提供する Animeet の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします。
サービス内容
本アプリはアニメ作品の情報閲覧、視聴記録、評価、通知、ログイン時の同期、コミュニティ機能などを提供します。掲載情報は参考情報であり、正確性・完全性を保証しません。
アカウント
認証情報は適切に管理してください。同一の連絡先に対し、異なるログイン手段を併用できない場合があります。不正利用が確認された場合、アカウント制限や削除を行うことがあります。
ユーザー投稿
レビュー、投稿、メッセージ等の内容について、あなたが責任を負います。法令違反、権利侵害、誹謗中傷、嫌がらせ、差別、わいせつ、スパム、個人情報の無断公開、なりすまし、有害なプログラム等の配布などを禁止します。違反が疑われる場合、投稿削除・利用停止・通報対応を行うことがあります。
知的財産
本アプリのプログラム、デザイン、ロゴ等は運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。作品タイトル・画像等の権利は各権利者に帰属します。
免責
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。通信障害、データ損失、外部サービスの障害、掲載情報の誤り等について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
解約・削除
いつでもアプリの利用を停止できます。設定からアカウント削除が可能です。
準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Animeet, provided by RANRAN Solutions (“we”, “the operator”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Animeet provides anime information browsing, watch tracking, ratings, reminders, optional sync when signed in, and community features. Catalog information is for reference only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Accounts
Keep credentials secure. Different sign-in methods may not be combinable for the same contact details. We may restrict or delete accounts involved in abuse.
User content
You are responsible for reviews, posts, and messages. Illegal content, harassment, spam, doxxing, impersonation, and harmful software are prohibited. We may remove content or suspend access.
Intellectual property
App software and branding belong to the operator or licensors. Titles and artwork belong to their respective rights holders.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outages, data loss, failures of external services, or catalog inaccuracies.
Termination
You may stop using the App and may delete your account in Settings.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator’s location shall have exclusive first-instance jurisdiction.
