プライバシーポリシー
はじめに
本プライバシーポリシーは、RANRANソリューションズ（以下「運営者」）が提供する Animeet（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザー情報の取扱いを説明するものです。本アプリを利用することで、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
取得する情報
- アカウント情報：メールアドレス、表示名、ご利用のログイン手段に関する情報
- 利用データ：マイリスト、評価・レビュー、通知設定など、サービス利用に伴い保存される情報
- コミュニティ機能の利用に伴う投稿・メッセージ・友だち関係などの情報
- 端末・アプリの動作に必要な最小限の技術情報（アプリのバージョン、言語設定など）
- 端末上で処理する通知のためのスケジュール情報
利用目的
- 本人確認およびアカウントの管理
- サービスの提供、維持、改善（閲覧、記録、通知、おすすめ、コミュニティ機能など）
- データのバックアップおよび端末間の同期（ログイン時）
- 不正利用の防止、お問い合わせ対応、重要なお知らせの連絡
保管場所
一部の記録はお客様の端末内に保存されます。ログイン時は、バックアップおよびコミュニティ機能の提供に必要な範囲で、運営者が委託するクラウド上のサーバーにも保存されます。
第三者提供・委託
法令に基づく場合を除き、個人を特定できる情報を第三者に販売しません。
サービス運営のため、認証・データの保管・サーバー処理などを外部事業者に委託することがあります。また、お客様が外部アカウントによるログインを選択した場合、当該認証サービスの提供者に対し、ログインに必要な情報が提供されることがあります。
作品カタログなど公開情報の取得・表示に外部情報源を用いることがありますが、その詳細は本ポリシーの目的上、個別のサービス名としては記載しません。
保持・削除
アカウントがある間、サービス提供に必要な期間データを保持します。設定の「アカウントを削除」により、認証情報およびクラウド上の関連データ、ならびに端末内の本アプリ記録の削除処理を行います。削除完了まで短時間かかることがあります。
子どもの利用
本アプリは13歳未満を対象としていません。

Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how RANRAN Solutions (“we”, “the operator”) handles information in Animeet (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
- Account: email address, display name, and information related to your chosen sign-in method
- Usage: My List, ratings & reviews, reminder settings, and similar service data
- Community: posts, messages, friendship-related data, and similar content you create
- Minimal technical information needed to run the App (such as app version and language)
- On-device notification schedule information
How we use information
- Identity verification and account management
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the service
- Backup and sync across devices when you are signed in
- Abuse prevention, support, and important service notices
Storage
Some records are stored on your device. When you sign in, data needed for backup and community features may also be stored on cloud servers operated by processors we engage.
Sharing & processors
We do not sell personally identifiable information, except where required by law. We may engage external providers for authentication, data storage, and server processing. If you choose to sign in with an external account, that sign-in provider may receive information necessary to complete authentication. We may use external sources for publicly available catalog information; individual vendor names are omitted here except as needed for this Policy’s purposes.
Retention & deletion
“Delete account” in Settings removes your authentication credentials and related cloud data, and clears on-device App records. Deletion may take a short time.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13.
